Olympic Garden / Jive & Dive / Flip & Rip / Movin' Up

Olympic Garden - Tuesdays / Thursdays
Olympic Garden is a developmental program that teaches basic motor skills, agility, balance and coordination. As such, this program focuses on the child's development as a whole, not just with relation to diving skills. The class is broken into three sections during each practice consisting of fitness exercises, trampoline skills and diving skills. This program focuses on making fitness and diving fun. Child must be able to swim unassisted.

Ages: 4 to 7

One or Two 75 minute sessions a week for 12 weeks

Jive & Dive - Sundays / Mondays / Thursdays / Saturdays
Jive & Dive is a beginner program that teaches the basic skills of diving in a fun, game oriented program. Teaches agility, flexibility, coordination, posture and basic body control skills in an exciting environment. Child must be able to swim unassisted.

Ages: 8 to 11

One or Two 2 hour sessions a week for 12 weeks

Flip & Rip - Sundays / Mondays / Thursdays / Saturdays
Flip & Rip is an introductory to intermediate program for all ages that teaches basic, as well as advanced, diving skills in a fun and safe environment. Divers may also be introduced to the competitive side of the sport in this program.

Ages: 12 to 18

One, Two or Three 2 hour sessions a week for 12 weeks

Movin' Up
This program is for divers who have progressed through the recreational program and have shown a level of talent and commitment to the sport of diving. Divers are invited into this program by the coaching staff. Movin' up divers may be invited by the coaching staff to compete inter-provincially across Canada. Divers may also be eligible to compete in additional competitions provided they meet the necessary requirements.
Movin' up divers are expected to train September through July. It is possible that divers in the Movin' Up program may qualify for Age Group Nationals.
Divers who demonstrate the training behavior of a Competitive diver may be invited into our competitive training program by the coaching staff.

Three 3 hour workouts a week for 12 weeks

Enrollment is by invitation only
